Mount Mansfield Maple Products founder Chris White is a fifth-generation maple sugar maker. All of the sap used for their products is harvested from a certified organic maple tree forest (also known as a sugar bush) that sits at the bottom of Mount Mansfield, Vermont’s tallest peak and the company’s namesake.
