Dutch Process Cocoa Excellent for Baking
The Cocoa Rouge is considered by many to be the finest cocoa powder, rich with fudgy flavor and red color. This is a Dutch process cocoa powder and the deep bittersweet flavor is a great match with other ingredients in pastries, cakes and cookies and yields rich baked goods.
