No-Boil "Manicotti" Cannelloni Shells

You say cannelloni, I say manicotti. Let's call the whole thing delicious. These cannelloni shells are ready to use, no boiling required. Simply stuff the pasta with your filling of choice (we like ricotta, spinach and prosciutto), cover with sauce (a béchamel or any tomato sauce will do) and bake.

About the Producer:
In the town of Pianella in Italy's Abruzzo region, artisan pasta maker Gianluigi Peduzzi of Rustichella d'Abruzzo maintains a proud tradition started by his grandfather. He starts by choosing the best semolina from select durum wheat and mixing it with pure mountain spring water. The dough is then shaped using the same hand-carved bronze dies that Gianluigi’s grandfather used a century ago, giving the pasta just the right texture to capture all kinds of sauce. Noodles came in good condition, no breakage. Made one of my favorite dishes, Chicken enchiladas. I use cannelloni noodles in place of the flour tortillas. Delicious! Would definitely recommend any purchase from Market Hall Foods.

The product is fantastic. But I need to make a compliment about the delivery - it was fast and the pasta was packed beautifully so that not a pasta was cracked.

I stuffed them dry uncooked with uncooked meat. They held up really well and cooked perfectly. I was trying to pre-stuff with meat and freeze then bake as needed, I found the pre-stuffing with raw meat made the meat too dense. Next time I will fill with pre-cooked beef for a more soft texture. I have to say these are premium dry noodles and I will use them again. very easy to fill and definiately

The Best Canneloni

I was recently in Italy and had Canneloni. I knew I could replicate how it was done but needed the best Canneloni. I ordered from market hall and filled with my special meat filling. Home run. The pasta was delicate and delicious. My guests went nuts. Customer for life.
