Pan'AGRUMATO® is the Ricci family’s take on panettone, the beloved Italian Christmas dessert. Made with Agrumato® Citron Olive Oil instead of butter, this cake has a light, airy crumb and a vibrant, aromatic citrus note. Its dome shape is studded with Sicilian candied citron peel and plump raisins, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and zest in every bite.

Serve slices after dinner with a spoonful of lightly sweetened mascarpone, or try it toasted with butter, a sprinkle of sugar, and a quick broil until golden and caramelized.
