Agrimontana Candied Orange Peel Quarters

These Navel oranges are sourced from Calabria in southern Italy. Hand-peeled and sliced into quarters, they are slow-candied to preserve the fruit’s essential oils, capturing the peel’s distinctive aroma.

Dip them in tempered chocolate for an eye-catching sweet treat, or use them whole to decorate cakes. They also add a pleasant bittersweet note to yeasted doughs and cheesecakes.
