La Panzanella

La Panzanella began in 1989 as a small neighborhood cafe and bakery in Seattle, Washington. After supplying local restaurants and hotels with their signature flatbread-like croccantini crackers, La Panzanella expanded into a full-fledged bakery business. Although bigger now, La Panzanella is still committed to simple ingredients and artisanal methods.
