Sarabeth's Strawberry Rhubarb Jam is made with only four ingredients: strawberries, rhubarb, sugar and lemon juice. This classic fruit combination is sweet and tangy with a spreadable, spoonable texture. It's heaven straight out of the jar or used as an ingredient in the kitchen. Slather a thick layer over toast (try it with salted butter for an extra indulgent treat), serve alongside fresh croissants or spoon on top of yogurt or oatmeal.

In 1981, Sarabeth began making Orange-Apricot Marmalade from her home kitchen from a 200-year old family recipe and selling it to local food shops. From that humble beginning, Sarabeth and her husband/business partner Bill Levine now own and operate a jam factory, a wholesale-retail bakery café and nine restaurants. It is a true American success story.

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Strawberry Rhubarb Jam is a favorite in England, so being a Brit I was delighted to find this jam. It is really delicious, and I will order it again.

Grandma was right...

I’ve always used a full-on, strawberry-only, wall of flavor smear for my morning jam. Turns out, the old fashioned way of adding a little rhubarb to the mix actually makes the strawberry flavor…well...more strawberry! All this time wasted not living up to my strawberry potential.

This jam has a lovely, smooth, sweet berry flavor.

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the consistency is more pourable (which gets sloppy and thin on toast …though perfect on yogurt) and I prefer a thicker “spoonable” set.
