Estate-Made Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Aroma: Bright notes of freshly cut grass and green almond
Flavor: This year's Marqués de Valdueza extra virgin olive oil is fruity, buttery and with soft notes of green tea and ripe olives with a hint of pepper in the finish.
Uses: Drizzle over grilled vegetables, steamed seafood or use to garnish cold soups like gazpacho or salmorejo. This medium-bodied olive oil also makes a wonderful dipping oil paired with dukkah.
About the Producer

Bottled to order, Marqués de Valdueza olive oil is processed in the mill located directly on the estate, ensuring the freshest possible product.
