I was first introduced to Pumpkin Torchio Pasta through Sinskey Wines during the Holidays. It is an excellent paring with a squash (butternut) and pancetta! Now a family & friends favorite all year round.
I know it sounds gimmicky but this pasta comes out with a mild interesting flavor -- not at all that pumpkin spice horror which shows up every fall. a nice change from their regular pasta (though i like that too).
