Pan'Agrumato® Citron - Olive Oil Panettone

Pan'AGRUMATO® is the Ricci family’s twist on panettone, the beloved Italian Christmas dessert. Made with AGRUMATO® Citron Olive Oil instead of butter, this cake is lighter than a traditional panettone, with an airy crumb. Its dome shape is studded with candied Calabrian "Diamante" citron and golden sultana raisins, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and zest in every bite. Made without dairy, this soft and vibrant cake is suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. 

Serve slices after dinner drizzled with AGRUMATO® Citron Olive Oil for a double-dose of citrus. For something sweeter, top with a spoonful of lightly sweetened mascarpone cheese.
