A masterful blend of cooked grape must and high quality wine vinegar. Thick as maple syrup, with notes of cooked grapes and a long, subtly acidic finish. Drizzle over a sizzling hot steak, pork chops or grilled vegetables. Swirl it into butternut squash soup or creamy Parmesan risotto. This balsamic will bring out the fresh sweetness of peaches and plums, and it is wonderful in place of caramel or chocolate sauce over baked apples and pears.
This is truly a decadent vinegar. I drizzle over veg and salads.

This balsamic is absolutely superb - deep, super-flavorful and not as thick as the Gold Seal (which I only use for drizzling). It’s now my “house balsamic”. I use it almost every day!
