Each year, we make our version of stollen—the German bread-like cake that’s traditionally enjoyed around Christmas—and each year, it sells out. Our stollen is loaded with candied orange and lemon peels, almonds, hazelnuts and warm spices, so that every bite is rich and flavorful. We either like to slice off a piece and enjoy it with coffee and tea or warm it in the oven and slather it with quality butter. It’s too good not to share, so we wrap each stollen and tie it with a bow in case you feel like sending one to a friend.
