I ordered an item as a gift for someone’s birthday, and the item took much longer than anticipated/indicated to arrive, so I missed the birthday. When the order did arrive, it was an incorrect item, and not what I ordered. I immediately wrote to the seller to inform them of the error, and while they did respond, it took several days for them to do so. They have supposedly shipped a replacement, but it has, again, been several days and I have not received the item I ordered and paid for. Rey frustrated and disappointed.
