Crystallized Australian Ginger

This is a great product. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a yummy ginger treat.

This is delicious. Obviously high quality with a nice ginger zing and not too many fiber strings and a nice coating of sugar. For some reason even though the title doesn't say "baking ginger" I expected smaller cubes (if you know the ginger people baking ginger something like that). However, these cubes are approximately 3/4-1" cubes, so I will have to do the tedious work of cutting them much smaller for my baking plans (biscotti and ginger cookies). Again, nothing wrong with the product and absolutely a delicious snack but since it is listed in the baking section I was expecting a smaller dice.

I am a fan of crystalized ginger. Maybe I deserve to be called a fanatic. And, I am very fussy. This is the best I have found. Perfect flavor-blend of great, fresh ginger and sugar crystals. I think this is likely high grade sugar and not what you buy in a grocery store. The texture is perfect and fresh. Worth the wait.

Love this ginger so much. Re-ordering it now for the winter. Great for baking, hot turmeric "golden" milk and as a source of anti-inflammatory ginger. Agree with above review - strong ginger flavor yet pleasant and just the right amount of sweetness.

This ginger has bite without aftershock. Has all the gingery flavor you want, without the harshness of the usual versions. In addition, the soft texture gives it freshness and it is not too sweet
