Chocolate Sesame Spread Made with Single-Sourced Origin Sesame Seeds
This sesame-based dessert spread is made with only three ingredients: roasted & pressed white Humera sesame seeds, cocoa powder and powdered cane sugar. The result? A silky, luscious chocolate spread with a deep, rich nuttiness from the sesame tahini.
Soom's tahini starts with single-sourced origin sesame seeds from Humera, a town in the northwestern Tigray Region of Ethiopia. The sesame seeds are harvested by hand and collected to be sent to Israel to be pressed into tahini. To make their nearly addictive chocolate halva spread, the tahini is then blended with cocoa powder and powdered cane sugar.
Soom Chocolate Sweet Tahini Halva Spread is perfection straight out of the jar (shhh, we won't tell if you eat it with a spoon). Slather it on a thick slice of toasted brioche, swirl into a milkshake or use as a topping for pancakes or waffles.
