Housemade Sausage Collection

This collection includes 4 each of Sweet Italian Sausage, Rosemary Pinenut and Hot Italian sausages. Our housemade sausages are made daily with fresh pork and seasonings and spices that are toasted and ground for each batch. We are known throughout the Bay Area for the flavor, texture and impeccable freshness of our sausages.

• Our classic Sweet Italian Pork Sausage is packed with garlic, toasted fennel and red wine.
• Our Rosemary Pinenut Sausage is all pork, fresh rosemary and toasted pine nuts.
• Our Hot Italian Sausage is all pork, with fennel, red wine and herbs and a little red chile flake.

For shipping, we'll vacuum-pack your freshly-made sausages. Once you receive your box, you'll want to cook or freeze the package within about 3 days.
