Pure Greek Honey with Honeycomb
Raw Unfiltered Wildflower Honey from Greece
Harvested from the bee colonies foraging their nectar from the wildflowers of Messina, at the southwestern tip of Greece, Pure Greek Honey with Honeycomb is collected without heat and is unfiltered to retain its natural health benefits and delicate flavor. This amber-hued raw honey is sweet, but not cloying, with soft floral notes—and, for you honeycomb lovers, comes packed with a gorgeous piece of fresh comb. It's thick, pourable texture and mild flavor make it the ideal all-purpose honey—drizzle over your morning yogurt or Breakfast Farro, whisk into vinaigrettes and dressings, stir into tea or use in baking.
The honeycomb also makes a stunning addition to any cheese plate—try it with blue cheeses like Fourme d'Ambert and St. Agur, or pair with slightly aged goat cheeses like Coupole, Chevrot and Humboldt Fog. For an easy dessert, whisk together 2 teaspoons each balsamic vinegar and honey, brush over fresh fig halves, arrange figs on a baking sheet and roast at 425°F for about 10 minutes. Serve warm roasted figs with vanilla ice cream, toasted pine nuts and an extra drizzle of honey.
