Pariani Pistachio Torrone Friabile (hard torrone) is a traditional Italian Christmas confection of honey, sugar, egg whites and roasted nuts. Pariani elevates this ubiquitous Italian confection to sublime heights using only the finest of ingredients – incredibly rare and flavorful Sicilian pistachios from Sicily, fresh egg whites, and wildflower honey. The recipe dates back to 1883, replicating the same hand craftsmanship and equipment as the original. The result is complex, flavorful and intense, densely packed with fragrant pistachios.
