Pariani Hazelnut Torrone Friabile (hard torrone) is a traditional Italian Christmas confection of honey, sugar, egg whites and roasted nuts. Pariani elevates this ubiquitous Italian confection to sublime heights using only the finest of ingredients – I.G.P. Hazelnuts from Piedmont, fresh egg whites, and wildflower honey. The recipe dates back to 1883, replicating the same hand craftsmanship and equipment as the original.
