Dried Blenheims are fantastic for baking, whether chopped and folded into scone batter, cookie dough or cake batter, layered into a tart or pie, or mixed into bread pudding. But these dried apricots are also great tossed into salads, used in sauces for pork or duck, stirred into rice pilaf and folded into stuffing.
