About the producer
Yvonne and Raymond Audebert founded La Maison d'Armorine in the summer of 1946 in the seaside resort town of Quiberon in Brittany, France. Using the local cream, butter and salt that Brittany is famous for, the pair made a name for themselves by making warm caramel candies called niniches based on recipes from their Breton grandmothers. To this day, La Maison d’Armorine continues to use traditional recipes and local Breton ingredients for their caramel-based candies and cookies.
