Block X Super Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Olivaia's OLA

Harvested and milled in the fall of 2022, this award-winning extra virgin olive oil is a great all-purpose, medium-intensity olive oil. Its bright notes of grass, green almond and tomato leaf are ideal for dressing salads, finishing roasted vegetables and grilled meats, and so much more. Block X refers to an area of Olivaia’s Central California olive grove containing over 10 varieties, including Manzanillo, Mission and Sevillano. Each cultivar is harvested at peak-ripeness and carefully blended to highlight the best qualities of each varietal. 

About the producer

Olivaia's Ola, is a small batch, award-winning producer of estate grown extra virgin olive oil in Lindsay, California. Their Block X is a 100+ year old grove with many different cultivars, including unique rootstock used in the earliest Californian experiments for olive oil and table olive production. Many of these cultivars have DNA unknown to local databases and have proven to make olive oil that is as unique as they are.
