About the Producer: The Nickel Family has been farming in California's Central Valley since the 1860's. Five generations deep, their love for the land and agriculture is apparent in everything taste of their products. Located on the southern tip of California's Sierra Nevada Mountains, where the Kern River drops through a boulder filled canyon to the fertile valley below, one will find manicured orchards of citrus, almonds and olives growing abundantly through the rolling hills of their historic ranch.
