I had been eating this pasta since 1986. I was selling it in my store which was primarily a bakery but we showcased exceptional products for our customers. Then I sold my business and moved to Chicago (from Vermont) and many other things happened and I just forgot about it. When I saw it it brought back memories and I immediately ordered a supply. I won't eat any other pasta from now on. Make sure you follow the directions and do not over cook any pasta.
