Whole sugar-coated flowers from Italy 

A striking garnish for wedding cakes, pavlovas, panna cotta and other desserts, these candied violets add patisserie-style elegance to your homemade creations.

Hand picked from the hills of Liguria, these edible flowers are preserved whole using a traditional Piedmontese recipe. First, each petal is delicately painted with a sweetened syrup, after which the entire flower is coated in crystallized sugar and set to dry for 24 hours. The result is an exquisite decoration with a satisfying crunch and subtle floral flavor.

So Beautifully Made and Packaged!

I haven't yet eaten my Agrimontana candied violets, as I'm saving them for a birthday cake topping that I'm baking next month.
But -- I purchased some and I know they will taste as amazing as they look!
I am already so impressed with their presentation, so lovingly and carefully placed in their separate mesh bags, inside their own little 4 compartments. These whole candied violet flowers are food art at its finest!
They would also make an elegant gift for someone who bakes.
