A rich paste of Ligurian olives, fresh local extra virgin olive oil and salt, this product has some very serious followers. We love to spread it on toasted bread and serve it before dinner, but it makes a great sandwich with fresh goat cheese, arugula, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. We also have been known to stir a bit into a simple vinaigrette for a salad of radicchio & romaine.
