The Cocoa Rouge is considered by many to be the finest cocoa powder, rich with fudgey flavor and red color. This is a Dutch process cocoa powder and the deep bittersweet flavor is a great match with other ingredients in pastries, cakes and cookies and yields rich baked goods.
Cocoa Rouge can also be used for drinking and will produce a "lighter" hot chocolate. Try E. Guittard's Drinking Chocolate, too.
