These fruit spreads are all made from the freshest, most seasonal fruit, purchased directly from sustainable farmers across Oregon.  The three flavors we're offering are quintessential Oregon - black cherries, marionberries, pears and hazelnuts. The Pear Hazelnut is their signature flavor - packed with fresh Bartlett pears, crunchy toasted hazelnuts and a kiss of cinnamon and lemon, this is insanely delicious spread on a slice of toasted whole wheat or nut bread.  The Marionberry is an Oregon treasure - always capitalized because it's a variety of berry, not a type of berry! Sweet, tart and just a little earthy, ths Marionberry spread is perfect for a warm oat scone. The secret ingredient in the Black Cherry fruit spread will be revealed to you when you first taste it - after the intense burst of cherry flavor, you'll detect a subtle trail of nuttiness. This spread forms a beautiful marriage with cheeses like Ossau Iraty, a sheep's milk cheese from the French Pyreness, but it's of course wonderful on pound cake, ice cream or toasted walnut bread.
