Made with Bozzano A2 from one of our favorite California producers, the olive oil lends a floral quality to the cake which pairs beautifully with the flavors of orange zest and vanilla.
We serve ours topped with soft whipped cream and seasonal berries. Or use it as a base for a surprising ice cream sundae; a slice of Orange Scented Olive Oil Cake topped with vanilla or chocolate ice cream, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt.
