In order to recreate the magic of southern France, Mariage Frères has taken a grand green tea with a flowery, slightly grassy scent, and blended it with fruits from Provence, dominated by ripe red and black berries, creating an intense bouquet that is round in the mouth, concentrated in flavour, supported by the warm aroma of wild lavender and the sweetness of rose petals.
Since 1854, Mariage Frères has been sourcing and blending the worlds' finest teas. And their history goes back even further, to the 1600s in fact, when their ancestors began sailing to distant lands in search of new and exotic flavors. For 150 years, their teas have been brewed at the worlds' finest restaurants, hotels and teahouses.

I love all of Mariage Freres Teas (well maybe I haven't tried all of them as I think there are more than 100). This is a particular favorite. It is a soft green tea with lots of florals and herbs--nice, smooth and interesting. This is my favorite green tea!
