Maldon Sea Salt is wonderful! It is my husband's favorite seasoning. We keep it in a lidded container with a tiny salt spoon inside right on our counter top. This salt is flaky & tender with a great flavor. We use it more as a finishing salt, not so much for cooking.

This salt is just "fun!" The large, crunchy yet easily dissolved crystals are great for topping breads, vegetables, and meat. The flavor is very clean.
