I ordered a jar of the Ittica D'Or Fine Grain Salt. I chose the fine grain for table use. This is a superior way for anyone cutting back on their salt consumption or in my case, I tend to not use too much salt but like the flavor salt brings to food. My husband tends to over salt his food, so this is a really good one for him, too. A tiny bit pops on your tongue. It is not "over salty", and you can almost taste the minerals.
