We've always thought it prudent to carry more varities of smoked salmon than just our own. But it really seems extraneous when everyone buys the housemade version anyway! Cold smoked for 5 hours after a 48 hour prepping, (curing and drying), our salmon is filled with the love & patience of The Pasta Shop's talented kitchen crew. The Pasta Shop uses Shetland's Best Salmon.
