We discovered these spicy little peppers on a trip to Italy last year. We were hosted by the producers and treated to an epic dinner of one fiery dish after another.  We should've known what was coming as we drove into their property in Calabria and saw rows and rows of flaming hot chiles, basking in the sun.

The hot cherry peppers are packed in extra virgin olive oil and pack quite a punch - not so hot that you can't enjoy them right out of the jar, but quite potent. But most importantly, they have a lovely, fruity chile flavor that's often lost if all you can taste it fire! Also try the Hot Pepper Paste!
