• 1 piece of Creminelli Barolo Salami (approximately 8 ounces)

• 2 ounces of Jamon Iberico

Assemble the tastiest charcuterie platter with the two salami and the famed Iberico ham - made exclusively from the acorn-fed, black-footed pig of southwest Spain. This luxurious ham is sweet and nutty with streaks of fat running through the crimson meat.

The bacon from Black Pig Company is meaty and sweet and cooks to a perfect crispness. If you can find some good tomatoes, the best BLT awaits. The Pancetta Americano from La Quercia in Iowa has a light spice flavor with a good amount of fat.  It's delicious cooked, into a carbonara or with brussels sprouts, but we love it raw.  Toast some good bread and drizzle it with good olive oil and a slice of pancetta. Perfect!
