The Pasta Shop has taken their incomparable whole grain hard amber durum wheat flour, water and nothing else to create our Fresh Whole Grain Rigatoni. Its texture is smooth, not gritty. The flavor is nutty and fragrant. Whether covered by a rich marinara, or baked al forno with a ragu of seasonal vegetables, this fresh pasta will please the most discerning of palates.

For over 25 years, making fresh pasta has been the backbone of business at The Pasta Shop. It all began in a small spot on College Avenue and now, you can find their wholesale pasta kitchen in Emeryville. Their pasta is made with simple ingredients and expertly-honed technique. Their extruded and filled pasta is made on Saima machines from Italy and the result is a toothsome pasta with a beautiful texture.
