We start by slowly caramelizing sweet onions and red chard and tossing it with ricotta cheese. The sweetness of our Roasted Red Pepper pasta complements the slight bitterness in the swiss chard.

I bought these last week for a quick meal and was very pleasantly surprised! The pasta had great flavor on it's own, but I used a marinara sauce.

Picked up this ravioli at Rainbow Grocery in SF and it is incredible. The pasta itself is yummy, and the filling is just a bit sweet. I did it in a browned butter sauce with a little garlic and fresh parmesan. heaven!
