High quality Italian espresso beans are roasted, ground, brewed then dried. This allows for the fine powder to dissolve beautifully into cakes, custards, buttercreams or mousses. Coffee or espresso has the uncanny ability to amplify chocolate flavor - so even if your brownie, chocolate cake, or truffle recipe doesn't call for it, throw in a dash of espresso powder.

Have used this for years to enhance the flavor of chocolate in many recipes. Also makes great cappuccino and expresso. Luckily I can get it in our local grocery stores.

This is the best espresso powder I've ever tried. I use it in my brownies, cakes, cookies and frostings and always get compliments on the flavor. It dissolves easily and mixes well in powdered sugar for a wonderful chocolate/espresso frosting. I order two jars at a time as I use it so frequently and living in small town I'm unable to buy it in the local grocery store. I always keep a jar in my pantry, one of my must have items!
