Can't bake without this!

I buy large quanities of the candied lemon and orange peel for baking. It keeps forever and adds the most amazing flavor to biscotti, shortbread and oatmeal cookies and is amazing in homemade chutney's. It's one of those " mystery ingredients" that family and friends say make a difference.

Market Hall's lemon peels are the best I've tried -- and I've tried all brands! They are refreshing and lemony. I eat them with dark chocolate -- what a treat, and good for you!
