Raspberry Flower Honey is from the hives of bees collecting nectar from the coastal Californian raspberry crop. And while not always true, the honey does have the tart, fruity taste of raspberries and a gentle sweetness. Be sure to try Range Wildflower Honey and Citrus Blossom Honey.
About the Producer:
The resurgence of Napa Valley in the last decade has brought light to many of the non-wine products which were already being made in this outstanding culinary landscape. Branches Honey is made by Katz and Company, an artisanal producer making great products from California's bounty. The multitude of flowering plants in the Napa Valley make it so simple for less discerning honey producers to make blended honeys...Branches Honeys are varietal, coming from a single flowering plant.

I've tried the raspberry and blackberry honey in addition to many of Katz & Co.'s seasonal preserves and everything they make is remarkable. All of their products are made in small batches and the care they extend to them is noticeable from the first smell and taste. I recommend this company to everyone. Their packaging is so beautiful that their products are great for gift giving as well.
