A mash made from five simple ingredients; limestone filtered Kentucky spring water, Kentucky-grown non-GMO soybeans, wheat, sea salt and yeast, is aged in small batches in repurposed bourbon barrels (By law bourbon barrels may only be used once to produce authentic bourbon). It's smoky and brothy with hints of oak and a mild sweetness reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.

I was intrigued by this soy sauce, so I tried it. I liked it, but didn't find it to be that much better than other good quality soy sauces, and it is quite expensive. If you have access to a good asian market, you can get equally good soy sauce at a fraction of the cost.
