About the Producer: Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, a federally recognized sovereign nation, has embraced the ancient Mediterranean tradition of growing olives and is using the most modern methods to produce remarkable California certified extra virgin olive oil. The Yocha Dehe named the oil Séka Hills after the Blue Hills where they farm in the Capay Valley.
