Flavor: One of our favorites this season--this well-balanced, buttery oil has notes of passion fruit and plantain. A mild to meduim oil.
Uses: The tropical notes in this oil pair well with seafood--drizzle over ceviche or grilled calamari. Add a teaspoon to liven fruit salsa. Or, toss with popcorn sprinkled with Controne pepper.
