Important Shipping Information
- Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Total delivery time will be days in transit plus 1-2 processing days. You will receive an e-mail message when your order ships.
- The days in transit depend on the method of shipping you choose and your location. Please refer to the chart below to determine days in transit for GROUND packages. Expedited methods are either one (Next Day Air) or two business days (2nd Day Air) in transit.
- To ensure product quality, all perishable items must ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Orders containing perishable items (cheese, meat, ravioli, baked goods, etc.) MUST be delivered by Friday. If delivery by Friday is not possible, the order will be held and shipped the following Monday.
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturday delivery may be arranged by special request. If you would like to request a Saturday delivery, please contact us at (888) 952-4005.
- FedEx, our preferred carrier, requires a physical address for deliveries. FedEx provides more detailed tracking information for your order. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is possible with the United States Postal Service (USPS), but will require additional processing days and may incur additional shipping charges. Perishable items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Please be sure to include all address information, including apartment or suite numbers. We are not responsible for delays or returns due to incomplete address information.
- We reserve the right to ship your order in separate packages or via different shipping methods to ensure the best arrival of your products.
- We do not require signature upon delivery, however, leaving a package is always at the discretion of the driver. Please include special delivery instructions if needed (e.g. Leave on Porch) or notes for your driver to ensure safe delivery of your items.

Use this map to determine the Days-in-Transit to your location. Please note, the below indicates business days - packages will not progress on Saturdays and Sundays. For example, if your order ships on Friday with Next Day Shipping, your order WILL NOT arrive on Saturday, but Monday.
Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days after they date they are placed. Orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day and orders placed after 10 AM pst will not be processed the same day.
