Primo Grano Pasta
Gianluigi Peduzzi has partnered with local farmers in Abruzzo to resuscitate some of the nearly-extinct types of wheat - Mongibello, Varano and San Carlo - to produce pasta like his grandfather used to in the 1920's. The results are spectacular.
