We work directly with the producer of these exquisite candied flowers. Candiflor is one of the few remaining producers of these ancient delicacies. They've been growing and candying flowers since 1818 in Touluse, France, known as the "home of the violet".
The process is a very intensive one with repeated steps of cooking fresh flowers in sugar syrup, sugaring and drying to achieve the perfect result. They'll make an elegant garnish for your cakes, chocolates and pastries.
